We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
3. Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents.
4. Shipping Costs
- Flat-rate or calculated based on location.

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited services.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please:
- Wait 48 hours
- Check with neighbors/building managers
- Contact us after that window
